    Browse our catalog, select the template that fits your needs, and click Purchase to proceed to checkout.

Using the Custom Studio

Manage Your Wishlist

    Click the Heart Icon on any product card to save it for later.

    Click the Heart Icon in the top-right header to open your drawer and proceed to checkout.

    Tap the heart button on products to bookmark them.

    Open the Menu, scroll to the bottom, and tap My Wishlist to manage your saved items.

Change Username & Profile

    Click your Avatar in the header and select My Profile.

    Here you can securely change your username, update your profile picture, and manage your account details.

Change Account Password

Reset Forgotten Password

    Navigate to the Login page. Click the Forgot Password? link positioned just above the password input field.

    On the Login screen, tap the Forgot Password? link located above the password field.

Download Purchased Templates

Desktop / Laptop

    Ensure you are logged in, then click on your Avatar and select Hub.

  • 2

    Find your successfully completed orders and click the Download Source Code button to get your files.


Mobile Device

    Open the Menu and tap on Hub to view your active and past purchases.

  • 2

    Locate your completed template order and tap the download button to securely save the source code to your device.

Request Maintenance

Method 1: Via User Hub

    Open the Avatar menu and navigate to your Hub.

    Click on the Maintenance tab and select the 'Request Maintenance' button.

Method 2: Via Footer Menu

    Scroll to the very bottom of any page to find the Footer.

  • 2

    Under the 'Store' category, click on Maintenance to submit a new request.

Contact Support

Delete Account

    Access My Profile via the top-right Avatar dropdown menu.

    Scroll down to the Danger Zone. Click Delete Account, and type the provided confirmation text exactly as shown to permanently remove your data.


Mobile Device

    Open the Menu and navigate to My Profile.

  • 2

    Find the Danger Zone at the bottom, tap Delete Account, and type the required confirmation text to authorize the deletion.
